The Port Authority core J317-NVY-LG soft shell jacket is made of 100% woven polyester that is bonded to a water-resistant film insert that has a 1000MM fabric waterproof rating. This jacket is also enhanced to include a 100% polyester microfleece lining for additional warmth and comfort. These reverse coil zippers zip-through the cadet collar that features a chin guard.
