Full Brim

Suspension Types

Ratchet

Ratchet Suspensions are easy to adjust and
allow the wearer to modify the fit while wearing
the hard hat.

Swingstrap

Swingstrap suspensions convert hard
hats from front to rear facing.

Pinlock

Pinlock suspensions are adjusted by moving
the pinlock to the appropriate size by entering
the pinlock into the hole.

Snap Lock

Snap Lock Suspensions feature “tuck away” adjustments for all day, hassle free wear.

Rain Trough

Rain trough helps to redistribute

Standards

ANSI Z89.1 Type 1 hard hats meet stringent vertical impact and penetration requirements and classify hard hats into the following three areas:

Class E (Electrical)

Tested to withstand 20,000 volts.

Class G (General)

Tested to withstand 2,200 volts.

Class C (Conductive)

Not tested for voltage.
